Recipe - Frozen Berry Yogurt
A great way to use up frozen berries you may still have lurking in the freezer.
Ingredients:
Frozen Berries (about 500g) - e.g. blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
Runny Honey - 2-4 tablespoons, depending on how sweet you like it
500g natural Yogurt (Greek or even lo-fat is fine)
Fresh Mint - a couple of leaves
Fruit to garnish - fresh berries or peach slices - whatever you have to hand
Method:
1. Put 4 dessert glasses in the freezer to chill
2. Put the frozen berries in a food processor, along with the yogurt, honey and mint leaves
3. Whizz until combined
4. Spoon into the glasses and garnish
5. Serve and enjoy
Serves 4
