Baby Rodents Unearthed

Whilst digging today on plot 11A I heard a squeak and this is what I found, wrapped in some dry hay and some ripped up blue plastic. There are five altogether, very small and their eyes are still closed.

I'm not sure are they mice or rats? We don't really want them there as they will be eating some plants!! But I couldn't get rid of them.
