An Easy Dip

September already! Only a month left to get out the barbeque and eat al fresco this year. With this in mind, I thought I would share this very quick and simple dip (a pared down version of Tsatziki).

Ingredients:
  • Natural Yogurt
  • Cucumber - finely diced or grated
  • A clove of garlic - very finely chopped or pressed

Mix them together and serve. Perfect with veggie burgers.

Lots of scope to add extras such as your favourite spice, herb, or a glug of good olive oil.
