Swap & Share Box
Those of you who visited the allotments this weekend will have noticed the new plastic Swap and Share Box beneath the main notice board. The waterproof box is intended primarily as a place to recycle gardening magazines by sharing and swapping them.
Just leave your old magazines for others to read when you have finished with them and, of course, borrow those left by others. Please take only one magazine at a time and remember to return it when you have read it so that others can also benefit.
The box can also be used as a place to leave packets of unwanted seeds or leaflets for upcoming local events - anything which may be of use or interest to other allotment-holders in fact.
