Asparagus Alert!

We have noticed some Asparagus Beetles on the allotment this week. Left unchecked, they will strip the foliage, weakening and even killing the plants.

As well as removing any beetles you spot, keep a close eye out for any eggs they may have laid. The next couple of months are critical, so keep checking every couple of days.
