Springtime?
This was the scene at the allotments yesterday. So much for the meteorological start of spring, this feels more like the middle of winter! Forget any ideas you had about early sowings, at least for the next few weeks. Astronomical springtime starts on 20th March so lets hope for some warm, sunny weather then.
